A+ (220-1201)

LearnKey’s A+ series of courses, starting with the 220-1201 exam (also known as the Core 1 exam), prepares students for the premier certification for people looking to gain employability in a tech support role. These courses will help people gain the skills needed to eventually move to a higher IT role, such as tech support manager or application support specialist. Specifically, the 220-1201 course focuses on hardware and troubleshooting and covers mobile devices, networking, hardware, virtualization and cloud computing, and hardware and network troubleshooting. The exam is the first of two exams one needs to pass to obtain the A+ certification.
